Do I need access to my Pinterest account?

No! PinsMachine doesn't need your Pinterest login. We generate a CSV file that you upload to Pinterest Business yourself using Pinterest's Import Content feature. This is safer and gives you full control over your Pinterest account.

Do I need a Pinterest Business account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pinterest's bulk upload feature (Import Content) is only available for Business accounts. Personal accounts can't do bulk uploads. The good news? It's completely free to convert your personal Pinterest account to a Business account at pinterest.com/settings.

What's the difference between free and paid plans?

Free plan gives you 5 lifetime pins with blog image fetching. Paid plans (Starter $15/mo for 100 pins, Growth $39/mo for 300 pins) include AI-generated Pinterest images, all SEO features, and priority support. Annual plans save 17-25%.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for unused pins, partial months, subscription cancellations, or plan changes. We recommend starting with our free plan (5 lifetime pins) to test PinsMachine before upgrading to a paid plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime with no cancellation fees. Google Sign-in users can manage subscriptions in their account. License key users can email support@pinsmachine.com. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds are provided for the remaining days.

How does the CSV upload work?

Accepted Answer

After generating pins, download your CSV file. Then go to Pinterest → Settings → Import Content → Upload CSV. Pinterest will process and schedule your pins automatically according to the publish dates in the file. Takes under 2 minutes total.

Yes! PinsMachine works with any website that has public URLs including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Medium, Ghost, Substack, and custom websites. We extract content from the URL and generate Pinterest pins automatically.
